JOB DUTIES<br>

•	Manage, schedule, and supervise 30-50 hourly production personnel.<br>

Current experience (not older then 2-3 month old) in PCB rework and soldering, including removing and re soldering using heat gun and soldering iron small SMT components and IC with 200+ pins with magnifying glasses and mag light (no microscope). <br>
Knowledge of using DMM, oscilloscope and other test equipment. <br>
Knowledge of BGA inspection and rework procedures <br>
Ability to lear how to troubleshot and diagnose the problem (no power, wont boot, errors) <br>
Ability to use hand tools and mechanical tools, chemicals. <br>
Knowledge of parts, ability to recognize part visualy: fuse, caps, diode, power components, CPU, memory, ASIC, etc just by looking on components or IC. <br>
Be able to learn Cisco IOS and Juniper JUNOS plus. <br>
Experience testing PCB's and electronic assemblies. <br>
PCB assembly Knowledge required. <br>
Must have experience in both Analog and Digital circuitry and experience reworking SMT boards, BGA rework <br>
Troubleshooting to component level. <br>
Interface with others to resolve test issues. <br>
Perform system-level testing/troubleshooting of various network equipment (Cisco IOS and Juniper JUNOS knowledge is a plus) <br>
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and the ability to learn new skills and tasks as required. <br>

Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills, be detail oriented, and committed to quality work. Work closely with engineer to follow procedures, testing and QA. <br>

Our two brands, “Tiny Prints” and “Wedding Paper Divas” offer a wide range of products to help our customers celebrate life’s important moments, from birth announcements to wedding invitations, holiday cards to thank you notes.   Since our founding in 2004, we have built an exclusive network of top designers such as Dwell Studio to Baby Gap, and a loyal customer following including celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow.  At ~180 employees today, the business has continued to grow rapidly in 2009, and we have aggressive plans for more in the coming years.  We have been profitable since the beginning and continue to be so, and we are backed by Summit Partners and Technology Cross Ventures.<br>

Tiny Prints has an immediate opening for a Finishing Expert.  This is a part-time position – up to 4 hours per day Monday – Friday.  <br>
<br>
Primary Duties<br>
1.	Operate Duplo, Polar and Perfecta Guillotines<br>
2.	Perform final quality control on finished pieces<br>
3.	Perform some hand finishing and sorting<br>
4.	Perform routine machine maintenance as required<br>
5.	Will trim templates <br>
6.	Performs packaging and shipping as required<br>
<br>
Experience<br>
1.	Experience in setting up trimming templates required<br>
2.	Experience in operating Duplo, Polar and Perfecta Guillotines required<br>
3.	Experience operating a Morgana Autocreaser 33 a plus<br>
4.	Must be able to lift 50 pounds required<br>
<br>
<br>
Knowledge, Ability, Skills<br>
1.	Excellent eye for detail.<br>
2.	Proficient in English Grammar<br>
3.	Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
4.	Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to prioritize demands and multi-task to compete daily objectives.<br>
5.	Demonstrated problem-solving abilities<br>
6.	Must be a good team player and be able to work unsupervised<br>
