We're an interactive online company that is looking for a vector guru in Illustrator. The ideal candidate will not only be able to vector backgrounds, buttons, and all UI but they will also know how to keep with naming conventions, working with layers and coming up with creative ideas to help keep the site optimized. Having Flash knowledge and experience will be extremely helpful.

We would like someone who has worked on rich internet sites and has knowledge of Flash/Flex development.
