1. Creative Development, Scheduling & Execution (50%)
• Work with the creative producer team to route email looks to appropriate parties for approval and alignment
• Work with the HTML team to create the fully HTML coded version of the emails
• Manage email production schedule and asset deadlines
• Work cross functionally to create batches of seasonally relevant secondary banners for emails
• Submit creative briefs and manage creative process for select emails.
2. Merchandising & Item Selection (30%)
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Merchandising team to gather products and other imagery for email campaigns
• Work with Marketing Coordinator to identify and track down any last minute out of stock products and other assets needed for the email to launch
3. Email Prep (10%)
• Campaign setup: create and insert tracking links into email code, edit HTML code when necessary (i.e. price changes), send test emails and conduct QA to ensure all content and links are correct
• Campaign execution: use email tool to setup and deliver email campaigns
• Prepare and QA emails for launch

• Basic HTML knowledge

2) Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of marketing or similar experience
3) Minimum educational level:
• B.A. in Marketing, Business or related field
