Our client, a growing business litigation boutique, located on the Peninsula and specializing in general and complex commercial litigation, copyright and trademark, employment, class action, trade secret and First Amendment Law, is seeking a top-notch litigation attorney who has 2 to 7 years' experience!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Legal research and writing, including memos and briefs as well as correspondence to opposing counsel;
* Review and summarize pleadings and discovery documents; and
* Prepare discovery requests and responses to same.
This is a potential temp-to-perm opportunity!
California Bar licensure is required!
