Our prestigious client, located on the Peninsula, is seeking multiple Contract Administrators for long-term, contractual opportunities.
Responsibilities include: generating, processing and negotiating a variety of company contracts for various client groups, including fee service agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements and consulting agreements.
Requirements/Preferences include:
a) 2 - 4 years' relevant experience in high-volume contract drafting and negotiation experience;
b) Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required); and
c) Experience in construction, facilities and/or engineering contract formation is highly desirable!
