Small congenial Peninsula law firm seeks associate attorney with 2+ years experience in family law. Some plaintiff’s personal injury experience a plus. Responsibilities include: drafting family law and litigation pleadings, discovery requests and responses and correspondence; managing cases with lead partner; research; court appearances and client contact.
Proficient in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect 12; Timeslips; Excel; DissoMaster; Essential Forms or similar legal forms program.
Position requires an organized, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be team-oriented, dependable and able to prioritize and multi-task.
