This is a great place to take a family vacation. We've been going every year for the past six years. The villa sleeps 8, with a king size bed and master bathroom in one room, a queen bed and pullout sofa in the other bedroom, and a pullout sofa in the living room. There's a full kitchen with washer/dryer. If you want to eat out, it's hard to beat Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, and if you want to stay in, there's a Trader Joe's and Pavillions very close with BBQs right next to every villa.

For kids, you have Disney 25 minutes away, Knott's Berry Farm, a kids club onsite, and everything else in Orange County, and for adults there is terrific shopping, golf, restaurants and usually a kids event or two at night to get away. You won't find a resort like this for less than $250/night. And, if you are willing to give up 90 minutes of your time to take a tour, they usually are giving out $150 in dinner, shopping or restaurant certificates. Last time we went we did the tour and got two free tickets to Disneyland.

Transferring the week is easy. Once you buy it, we just have to call the resort and give them your name. There is no transfer fee since this is our home resort.
