Growing dental group practice is looking for TWO Dental Receptionists (full time):
Senior Receptionist--case presentation and follow-up, financial arrangement and collections, appointment management and accounting responsibilities, computer skills (Dentrix will be preferable). A minimum of 4 years dental office experience.
Junior Receptionist--basic responsibilities on scheduling, insurance verification, data entries and general administrative responsibilities. A minimum of 1 year dental office experience or recent graduate from dental assistant program.
We prefers a team player committed to provide quality care with our group of dental professionals. Must be a friendly, self-motivated, well orgainized individual with attention to details and great communication skills. The positions will be for 4 days , 40 hours per week, require evening and weekend hours. Office hours are 9am-7pm (week days), 9am-6pm (weekends). Two working shifts available : either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
