We are a fast growing and dynamic Geriatric Home Care company seeking a Front Office Receptionist. We are looking for a talented and motivated Receptionist to handle the day-to-day office functions of our 12 person team in Los Gatos. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, detailed-oriented, responsible for meeting and greeting our clients, caregivers and visitors in a friendly and respectable manner. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 10am -2pm


We are looking for a personable, polished, well groomed professional that will maintain the company’s strong internal and external relationships which is the foundation of our Home Care success. 2-4 years experience mandatory.





GENERAL SCOPE OF DUTIES:



· Answering a 10 line phone system and routing calls to staff

· Greet visitors and maintain the office common areas

· Strong verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers and fellow staff members

· Preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

· Assemble Employee and Client Binders

· Excellent organizational and multi-task skills

· Office and computer skills a “Must” e.g, proficient with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and knowledge of sending and receiving email in a timely manner using Outlook 2003

· Maintain a pleasant working environment

· Assist the Administrative Assistant with mailers, in-services and perform other related duties as needed
