The Award Winning Fuki Sushi Japanese Restaurant will be having a sushi chef / sushi chef helper position becoming available! This position requires at least 3 years full time sushi chef experience. Fuki Sushi was established in 1978; making it the first Japanese Restaurant in Palo Alto, serving Silicon Valley, locals, professionals, Stanford faculty and international clientele. Fuki Sushi specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine both dine in, takeout, company catering and special events (off site & on site).
We are seeking individuals who are:

- must be able to prep basics such as tuna and salmon from start to finish
- able to work efficiently, quickly and clean
- flexible schedule
