Firewood Café/ Grill seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The ideal candidate will have experience in a casual dining environment or quick serve setting.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running all areas of the restaurant environment (BOH & FOH)
- Hiring, training and retaining of quality employees
- Monthly inventory
- Profit and loss statement
- Ordering
- Customer Service
Skills Required:
- 1 to 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking and customer service orientated
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- P & L experience
- Flexibility; able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Micros and Excel is a plus
Salary & Benefits Compensation:
- Compensation: $34-38K (This is a Non-Exempt position with some overtime)
