Menlo College Dining Services is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and service oriented night shift supervisor to join our team! Candidate must be available to work nights, six days a week. Candidate is expected to supervise staff for the performance of duties related to food preparation, food serving and/or general maintenance in a kitchen or dining area; and perform other related duties as required, food skills are a plus. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Supervisor also ensures clean up and close down procedures are strictly followed and assigns and coordinates work to be done. Food service supervisor works under the direction of food service managers. Supervisory experience in food service required and knowledge of food handling, temperature control, and sanitation is preferred. Candidate must pass background check.
