American Sign Language (Beginning)
Learn to communicate basic information with deaf people and gain insight into the deaf culture. Communicate with friends and family, acquire job skills and enjoy the beauty in this visual and artistic language. You will be able to produce letters and numbers with correct hand shape, fingerspell with deaf and hard of hearing people, and use basic ASL vocabulary in simple conversations. No classes on Oct. 28, Oct. 29, Nov. 4, Nov. 5, Nov. 11 and Nov. 25.

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm $12.00 per class Tuesdays/Thursdays
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm $12.00 per class Wednesdays

Classes are held at the Doelger Senior Center, Room 7
WESTLAKE PARK, 101 Lake Merced Blvd.
Plenty of free parking and handicapped accessible.
