The bad:

-This car has been into a small accident I didnt have money to buy the new radiator support at that time so I told the body shop to bent it back. I know 2 places that can get you perfect radiator supports for less than $100. If you replace that you cant even tell this car had been hurt! Car just got an alignment 3 weeks ago doesnt have problem at all!

-You might have to clean the mass air flow because it idles at 650 sometimes and it idles at 850 if it feels like it(When the car idles it doesnt jump up and down)

-AC doesnt turn on(BUT! A master tech checked it out for me. He actually did the testing and AC blew real cold when he hooked up the circuit. He said I just need a new control unit. And I have one I just dont have time to put it in)

-Cracked dash(It comes with dash cover tho. So it looks real nice)

-Some water will go into the trunk if it's raining hard

-Hole on the driver side carpet but it's covered by the floor mat

-Second gear isnt as smooth when it's cold. When it get warm it feel normal

-You can see oil under the transmission but it doesnt leak. I park my car in the garage everyday but never seen oil on the floor

-small dent on the left side

This car is fun to drive doesnt have any problem and looks great. I am not hiding anything. I dont like getting scammed so thats why I dont rip people off. The 1971 year is unique as it is the only year that has the series two body AND the much-loved 1750 motor. I really like driving this and hate to part with it.

Being that it has only a 5 digit odometer, I am unsure if it has already flipped over. The mileage is in the high 90k range I believe, so it could be 90k, 190k, 290k, etc...the engine feels so strong though.

Recently, I have bought new Kumho tires 195/60/14, new brake pads front and rear, new front brake hoses, rebuilt the driveshaft components, new valve cover gasket, new clutch slave cylinder, replaced steering box, new steering tie rods, center and rear Ansa exhaust mufflers, new manifold gaskets, and more that I don't remember.

That being said, this car needs a significant amount of work, but I know its worth saving. It has rust in the rocker panels and floor pans from what I can see. The front passenger's side jack mount needs to be repaired. The paint job was done by the PO and was not a very good job, so a respray is definitely in order as well as some body work to go with. The top leaks. The interior seats need reupholstering (I have an additional set). I'm not sure if the door panels are stock, but they need...help. The parking brake needs attention.

This car needs a full restoration, or it can be driven as it is with proper maintenance. I'm asking $950 and the car is located in the SF Bay Area on the Peninsula. No smog is required and registration is current. I have tons of spare parts that I am only including with the sale of the car.

I should have some current pictures up soon.

Dark Grey with Grey interior. For a car this old, I would recommend a good inspection. What I know about the car is that it runs good but needs brakes. It also has wear and tear on it and a sunroof that is not water-tight, but does not leak too bad in heavy rain as well as a radio that did work but now just hisses, probably a loose wire. The body is in fairly good shape and the tires are practically new. I am selling this car for a lady who rarely drove it (she is 86) and can no longer drive due to her eyesight.
