The Betty Mills Company is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator.
We are one of the Nations fastest growing web based suppliers of Janitorial, Facility, and Office Supplies Products,

As a eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator, youll help with product
marketing and merchandising on our website.
This includes:
Liaison with our partners to ensure proper collection, execution and trafficking of assets and information.
Assist with monthly sales promotions.
Proof read all creative and keep vigilant watch over website changes
Manage administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has a marketing background/interest, ecommerce
experience or desire to learn, and strong command of the English language,
both written and verbal. He/she can understand the big picture, not just
their role, and will anticipate roadblocks and find quick resolutions.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML coding
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong data analysis skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability & creativity to produce written copy
Web savvy - knowledge of and familiarity with online retailing are a plus!
A go-getter with a proactive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively
Desire to initiate and develop a career in online merchandising
Ability to think and execute strategically in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility, as you will continually learn new skills
