I have SO many clothes and so many pairs of shoes that I'm sick of/have decided I don't like as much as I used to/don't fix EXACTLY how I want them to fit. Money being what it is these days, I feel like we should spread the goodness. A downturn in the economy is no reason not to look our best!!!

So, about me: I'm a bit of a clothing horse, so to speak, and I'm looking for a couple of like-styled, similarly sized ladies in the bay area to get together with and just trade clothes. Ex: I just got this GREAT dress at bebe last week and I've worn it a few times and it's in great condition, but now lots of folks have seen me in it and I don't feel like going shopping again or holding onto this dress for another year or two until I feel like wearing it again!!! So, I'd like to trade it for something similar with another bebeesqe shopping gal.

I am 4'11". Dark featured. About 100 pounds - very thin, but quite busty with curves in the "right" places. I wear a size 0-2 jeans and usually a medium top. I'm a 32/34 D/DD. I wear 6-6.5 shoes - I tend towards heels of at least 2.5 inches (but I do have a bunch of flats that I'd like to trade) - I usually wear black stillettos/stilletto boots about 3-4 inches. (I actually have a medical condition that means that I need heels on my shoes.) I wear a lot of black accented with solid, bright colors. That being said, I've got some patterned stuff, too.

I shop everywhere from Bebe to Mervyn's to charlotte russe. The price tag of the clothes isn't the big issue, but style is huge. Manufacturing quality is totally negotiable...obviously a $5 jacket from C.R. isn't going to last as long as a $100 dress from bebe, but we should all be able to get a few good wears out of the stuff we buy.

I am a 29 year old professional who has everything from suits to club clothes to evening dresses - all of which I'd love to trade around with the right couple of ladies.

Can't wait to hear from some petite femme fatales!

We play soccer on sundays at 4pm in Palo Alto/ Menlo Park.
We make teams and assign roles etc, so it's a bit more formal than the
usual pickup game. And we expect people to show up on time.

We are casual players, no professionals please.
No aggressive playing - we care for our legs!
Age group is mostly 20s/30s. Very international.
Slightly more males, but we try to keep it as close to 50-50% as possible.
Skill level varies from "have played in high school" to life-long-casual-player,
with most people in between.
The essential thing is that you are a team player.

Hi,

I want to take scuba classes to become certified and was wondering if anyone else was interested in joining me. I live in San Mateo and want to take the classes at Aquan Sports across from REI in San Carlos (Aquan had the best price). It costs $300 and that includes the classes,the certification, wetsuit, and the heavy equipment. What you will need to bring/have are: fins, goggles, snorkel, booties, and compass. If you are interested in scuba diving but don't know if you really want to go through with it, they have a special deal where you could go to the first class (to see if you like it) and you don't have to pay or have any equipment, you can just go to that first class and they will provide all equipment. If you choose not to continue, you don't lose any money but if you like it and choose to stay then you would need to get the 5 items listed above and pay the $300 fee (for the classes/certification) and enroll in the classes. Let me know if you have any questions.

Oh, I'm female, 21 years old, and love the outdoors (obviously, lol). I'm very fun, down to earth, and easy going.

P.S. Aquan has only one certification coming up and a few of the classes land on Tuesday nights, and I can't do those days b/c I have a night class on Tuesdays so I'm looking for some people that want to do the certification so that Aquan can open up another certification on Mondays and Wednesdays or something. I found a good friend off of Craigslist two years ago by posting an ad for a swimming partner. He taught me how to swim. Anyways, my friends work long hours and live mostly in the South Bay (that's where I moved from). I lived in a condo complex with a pool but now I don't have access to a pool.

I'm looking for someone who I would enjoy hanging out with so that it'll motivate me to workout. I prefer to work out during the weekdays (I've a flexible work schedule) and be done by 7:30pm/8pm b/c my weekdays and weekends are pretty packed.

I'm not very strong so if you like to do hardcore workouts then I'm not quite there yet. I'm 100 lbs of weakness at this point. I would like to be stronger and fitter. I'm about to sign up for a membership at Planet Granite in Belmont, and am looking for a belay partner. I'm not sure what level I'm at - just got back from 6 months in Rio, where I got really excited about climbing, but the numbering system there is different - so something intermediate-ish. I'm a safe belayer.

My schedule's really flexible but I'd ideally like to find someone who can go on a weekday during the day (to avoid crowds) - I'd prefer early afternoon (2ish?) but could be some other time too.

I'm 26, female. I'm happy to climb with whomever, as long as they're a safe belayer (and not looking for a date).

Join us. We offer the nicest ballroom floor in the mid-peninsula, over 5000 sqft of newly remodeled hardwood dance floor.
The party is getting bigger, 100+ fellow dancers join us from all over the Bay Area, every Wednesday.

Top of Beardsleys is one of the longest running weekly dances in the Bay Area, if not the longest. DJ Phil Trau plays mostly R&B and some Hip Hop. There is a bar at the establishment, meaning attendee SHOULD BE 21 and over. Since there is a bar, free refreshment is not provided. There are plenty of seating, along with some folding tables. Ventilation is very good. The neighborhood is OK. There are plenty of street parking, in front and behind the establishment.

Directions: From SFO area go South on 101, take the 3rd Street exit headed West (into downtown San Mateo), right on B Street, pass Trag's Market (on the left), and look for the green awning for the Peninsula Social Club on the right. It's upstairs.
