Growing mid peninsula CPA firm is seeking qualified professionals to join its team. We offer a full range of services to our clients, including tax consultation, tax compliance and preparation, audit, review and compilation of financial statements, mergers, acquisition, and general business consultation. We serve both individual and business clients, with a strong emphasis in international clients.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications to fill the openings:
Manager/Supervisor
•Minimum of five years of audit/tax experience
•A licensed CPA
•BS/BA degree in accounting or finance, master degree preferred
•Experience with Lacerte is a must
•Experience in international tax is a plus
•Experience in preparing financial statements with full disclosure
•Experience in supervising professional staff
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Flexible and self motivated and be able to work with the team and clients in a professional manner
Staff accountant
•Minimum of two years of public accounting experience
•BS/BA degree in accounting or finance
•CPA candidate or have passed CPA exam
•Experience with Lacerte is a plus
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Flexible and self motivated and be able to work with the team and clients in a professional manner
Tax preparation contractors (Full time or part time through April 15)
•Tax return preparation experience in both individual, partnership & corporate tax returns
•Minimum of two to three tax season preparation experience
•Proficient with Lacerte and Excel spreadsheet
•Flexible, self motivated and be able to work overtime during tax season
