Established Private Equity / VC firm seeks Director of Finance / Controller to manage overall operational and administrative functions. Position reports to COO and will oversee day to day operations, including accounting/finance, HR, and Administration, managing a staff of 4.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7-10 years minimum experience, at least five year’s hands-on experience, working within a private equity/venture interest environment. Public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent qualification, advanced degree preferred

Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel; Knowledge of Investran a plus
