One of San Francisco’s most successful and well respected Biotech Organizations is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. This is a highly visible position and offers an excellent career path.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of financial reporting for multiple divisions
- Management of the budget/forecast process
- Ability to drive key metrics into actionable results for a manufacturing plant
- Maintain cost accounting in compliance with GAAP
- Value added analysis regarding capital, capacity, inventory, headcount & expenses
- Work with cross functional teams to understand new products and the impact to future cost of goods sold
- Financial expertise required in evaluating and identifying key issues in manufacturing performance
- Develop flexible tools/metrics to drive productivity and cost reduction programs
- Partner with operations to set targets
- Staff management
- Special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
- MBA and or CPA required
- 10+ years experience including exposure to manufacturing, cost accounting, budgeting & financial analysis
- Oracle, SAP, Hyperion experience preferred
- Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 + 15% Bonus & Excellent Benefits
