This is a regular, full time position (no contract or corp to corp considered at this time), based in San Mateo, CA!
We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic CafePress team.
Responsibilities:
Lead role in developing, preparing, and providing continuous analysis to support various initiatives within CafePress'
Work with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Development to define meaningful metrics and help them meet their business and strategic objectives and produce detailed analysis, reports, and presentations indicating performance
Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and models for senior management to aid in effective planning/forecasting and performance evaluation for various key metrics.
Forecast and provide analytical reports for sales, commissions, and shipping
Develop dashboards using forecasting tools (SQL)
Understand and deliver clear verbal and written explanations of trends
Provide support and input to annual planning process
Requirements:
5+ years of work experience with business analytics, forecasting, modeling and planning
Experience transforming sales, marketing and financial data into strategically driven and actionable analysis
Must enjoy and excel at distilling large amounts of data into concise, understandable, convincing presentations that advise management on data-driven business decisions
MBA degree with relatable undergrad degree in business, statistics, economics or related field or equivalent experience
