JOB SUMMARY:
Liquid Robotics is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its accounting and finance functions. As an integral member of the management team, you will be responsible for establishing accounting and operating procedures, selecting and implementing an ERP and other business systems, delivering timely and accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, and establishing reporting models for use by management and the Board. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with GAAP, FAR, DCAA and other regulatory requirements. The company will be engaged in commercial product sales, leasing, services and government cost-plus and fixed-price projects.

COMPENSATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS in Accounting. CPA.
• MBA desired.
• At least 8 years of experience with at least 3 years at senior level (Director or VP) in financial management capacity.
• Experience in a manufacturing business is preferred.
