Redwood Credit Union, a $1.8 Billion financial institution in Santa Rosa, California, is a leader in the credit union industry in delivering strong and secure financial performance. We are seeking a dynamic information technology professional to join our IT Team as our Internet Manager. In this role you will be able to apply your e-commerce experience to execute our Internet presence and strategy while overseeing RCU’s website, on-line banking and intranet. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the content on all e-commerce channels, and ensuring Internet and intranet expectations are met by collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Managing social networking channels and venues to give the Redwood Credit Union’s brand a presence consistent with company values and culture is key to this role. Your responsibilities will also include planning and managing the implementation of complex Internet presence projects and ensuring execution within budgetary guidelines. You will also develop and review quality assurance standards in relation to Internet systems to ensure system performance levels are met.
For consideration you should have a bachelor’s degree and 6 years experience in managing an e-commerce or Information Technology department in the financial services industry. If you possess an advanced knowledge of Internet systems, a working knowledge of network design, Internet security, and best practices within the financial services industry, along with the ability to develop and manage budgets, plans, and goals, we would like to hear from you.
