The room is fully furnished, with a large desk, a comfortable queen-sized bed, big empty closet, and a massage table available for your use!

The house is in a peaceful and highly desirable section of San Rafael (behind the high school), with a huge livingroom (we have house concerts and gatherings, monthly spiritual cinema night, etc.). It's the perfect share house, with a large central shared space, and each of the 4 bedrooms in a separate corner of the house. You'll have use of a gas stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave (outdoors), etc.

Our large circular driveway allows for off-street parking for all 4 housemates. Orange, apple, pomegranate and lemon trees abound in our front orchard, so take your pick! ;-)

The household now consists of 2 women and 2 men (1 woman/ 2 men when I leave) who are all musicians/artists/bodyworkers in our mid-40s to mid-50s. Everyone says our house has a very comfortable and warm feeling about it. A lovely place to spend winter evenings by the fire with friends.

I will start traveling around December 1st, and return either mid-February or end-February, depending on your needs. My other female housemate is likely to begin her travels upon my return, so if it works, you could just move to the other side of the house into HER very large and light-filled room for another month or two.

Your monthly rent is $750 plus utilities ~ PG, H2O, trash, wireless internet, and cable TV (if you B.Y.O. TV, as mine just stopped working).
I may be willing to negotiate further for the right person and situation.
