Title: Patrol Driver

Location: San Francisco & San Rafael
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for patroling multiple client properites in multiple cities around the Bay Area.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Those basic duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned. Here is the minimum list:
1. Maintenace reports ie: light outs, broken sprinkler heads and any other damages to the property.
2. Call in all information reported at each property and be able to communicate with dispatcher.
3. Respond to resident calls and or client calls. This include noise disturbances, vehicle break-ins, vandalizm and anything else unusual.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Prior security industry experience preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of patrol driving experince preferred but not required. Experience in position desirable.
• Must maintain valid California BSIS license(s), pass background checks, maintain California driver's license, and pass all safety tests. Must write effective and concise reports, investigation documents, and counseling. Use office technology.
• Must be able to work swing and grave yard shifts , weekends and holidays are required.
• Demonstrated ability to be customer service oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and resolve situations before they escalate. Energetic and focused, takes initiative, meets deadlines, good judgment.
• Must be able to be detail oriented in regards to report writing and verbally.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach with both arms, sit, see, hear and may drive a vehicle. Occassionally may require running, climbing ladders, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Must able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using English.
• Most work is in an office, but regular site visits provides exposure. Ambient noise is relatively quiet, which includes normal conversations, business machines, radios and phones, but occassionally may above-normal for portions of the shift.
• Must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound reasoning and judgement, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Must be able to focus and multi-taks in busy environment, with ability to stay calm under stress.
