We are looking for an individual that is honest, knowledgeable, on-time and ready to make a life changing opportunity. We are a Computer Based support company in the Napa Valley. We service accounts mostly in Napa, Vallejo, and St. Helena areas. What I am looking for is someone who wants to work here, either on commission per job, hourly, or even buy in to the business and receive shares.
What we do, about 50% of our customers are home based and have computer issues that we either fix on-site or in-house, currently most of this work is handled by an employee here at our company.
The other 50% of our jobs are small businesses; I would say that of these businesses half have servers, mostly Small Business Server 2003.
Current jobs in the lineup. (This is where you would come in).
Our proposal went through for a wireless canopy install at a local RV park. This would include mounting antennas on roof tops, 6 antennas total, also connecting these antennas to access points and have them relay to the main office.
Next job would be setting up a Server 2003 box with 2 remote users. These remote users would terminal in. You would have to be familiar with Server 2003, sonic wall routers, and setting up a terminal server atmosphere.
Last job we currently have pending is setting up exchange on a Small Business Server 2003 box. Setup shared calendaring and public folders.
These jobs can be paid on a one time basis, or for the right person I would love to see someone that wants to work here full time and grow this established 7 year company to the next level. In the past I have paid employees a percentage of gross income, my ideas are open, but truly I want someone in this for the long run!
Qualifications –
MCSE would be a plus
Familiar with Microsoft Online Services (Hosted Exchange)
Experience in bridges wireless networks
Small Business Server and Standard Server 2003 and 2008
Exchange
Disaster Recovery

Our workplace is fun and exciting; we get the jobs done and have fun while doing it.
I am looking to hire someone ASAP, but at the same time will wait for the right fit!
Please email me with your past experiences. Resume would help, also living in or very near Napa Valley would be a huge benefit.
