Purchased 18 mos. ago at a Sacramento RV dealer for over $17,000 then put new roof and tires and more (over $26,000 invested). A/C, generator, refrigerator, and hydraulic leveling jacks all work fine. Has a new awning and batteries as well.
Has a large solar panel on roof to keep batteries charged without using the generator. Has an added whole-house-fan on roof to quickly ventilate the cabin.
Queen bed in back with bathroom and kitchen in center.
Needs some interior cosmetic work...ie wallpaper but you will not find a better running, watertight and equipped rig as this for the price.

1969 Sportsman- we have papers on this one, easily renovated. Actually has most of the original interior. Exterior leaks, but this is well worth refurbishing. May need to be towed, but is still registered.

(2) 1979 Fleetwood Southwinds. One has been partially renovated and runs. Needs seats, but are agreeable to trading part of the upholstery from the second one, which also runs, but needs a lot of interior work. Have papers on the first one listed.
(1) Fifth-wheel trailer. It's been power-washed but has leaks in the flooring, but with some TLC could be habitable. About 25'.
(1) Dodge 440 mini-camper. Won't need much work to run, pretty good condition- good for Burning Man for sure!
(1) 10-passenger van that is an odd shape. But again, with work could be serviceable. Doesn't run.

This coach is amongst the finest I have ever laid eyes on. So many details like the glass china display and the articulated crown moldings above make this coach different from the rest. The spacious interior and large flowing floor plan allow for not only an alternative to living quarters but make you feel like royalty no matter where the road takes you!
