So, my roommate has decided to move out in December and I really want to keep the place. It's a small apartment so I want to make sure I find the right person to share it with which is why I am posting in advance. It will definitely be ready by January first but most likely will be ready sooner.

The Apartment: The apartment is in a century old Victorian home a few blocks from downtown Petaluma. It's charming, funky, and a little run down but it's home. The house is sectioned off into four separate apartments; this one has a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms (yes, small), and a bathroom (with a new shower!). My roommate owns most of the furniture so it may be empty when you move in. Overall it's a small, cozy apartment with archaic wallpaper; you get what you pay for. About me (your potential roommate): I'm a male in my late 20's. While I can be messy, I make sure I clean house at least one a week so it doesn't get out of hand. I cook a lot and there will almost always be some food around if you forget to go to the grocery store. I am a musician (classical, mostly) so you will have to put up with me practicing but I don't practice late and try to keep it quiet even during the day. I like to play nintendo and watch cartoons in my spare time and yes, I enjoy cannabis (vaporize mostly) so you had better be okay with that.
