Rohnert Park Target now hiring Team Leaders for Sales floor and Overnight positions.
We are looking for Team Leaders that can help achieve our stores mission: Drives sales profitably by delivering a Target Brand shopping experience for our guests.
Position Summary:
-Lead a team that delivers fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
-Ensures sales floor is fully stocked
-Research out of stock products
-Respond quickly to guest needs, questions or issues
-Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve service and presentation goals
Position Responsibilities include:
-Reporting to work for all shifts on time; leaving and returning to work on time for all meals and breaks
-Evaluating performance, giving frequent feedback, writing and conducting reviews, recommending and administering counseling and corrective action
-Providing coaching, recognition and frequent feedback to improve team member and specialist performance; recognizing team for service accomplishments
-Helping to select, hire and retain high-caliber team members
-Responding to all backup cashier requests
-Ensuring both regular and sale merchandise is pulled and stocked
-Ensuring ads and sales planners are set on time and maintained

Minimum Requirements:
Experience
-College graduate or in College preferred
-Supervisory Experience
Leadership
-Team Player attitude
-Ability to multi-task on a regular basis
-Ability to delegate responsibility effectively
-Ability to give clear oral directions to others
-Excels in a fast-paced environment
-Uses a high level of leadership to get the job done
-Ability to challenge team member to ensure that every team member contributes
Job Capabilities
-Ability to cross train and work in other areas of the store
-Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer screens and key information on computer
-Ability to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis
Availability
-Flexible work schedule, able to work rotational schedules, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and regular attendance is necessary
