The Holland Partner Group is seeking to identify a progressive manager equipped to strategically manage Broadstone Sterling Village, a luxury Napa Valley community. This is a 186 unit community located in Vallejo, just minutes from the famous wine country of Sonoma and Napa Counties. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your talent, vision, drive, and experience to our Residential Team as Holland Residential moves progressively forward within the multi-housing industry.

Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, sound management skills, & proven decision-making ability. We are seeking a driven, polished Property Manager that offers three to five years of previous experience in residential property management. Previous experience with a 150+ unit, mid-rise residential property within an urban setting is highly recommended.

The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. A strong ability to financially strategize and manage a high profile site is required.

Will monitor and direct rental activity both in occupied and vacant apartments, and for compliance with scheduling and monitoring of preparation of market ready units by both the maintenance and leasing staff.

Responsible for occupancy management, production and management of appropriate revenue growth, timely rent collection, policy and procedure compliance, and the property's financial performance, as established in the annual operating budget.

Responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the assigned property and for meeting company goals in those areas.
