Loan Modification Consultants – Affiliate Partners Program
Western States Loan Modification, locally located in Santa Rosa, has opportunities for sales professionals with an interest in reaching out and assisting homeowners with loan modifications. If you have experience in residential real estate, mortgage real estate, or a sales background, this opportunity is for you.
Sales Associates:
We offer two programs; one is a sales based position with training and lead generation opportunities. You set your own hours, schedule and can work from home. There are some company commitments, but you are driving your own business. We have training and ongoing support. We have sales people earning more than $3,000 per month. This is a commissioned position with a flexible pay range depending on experience.
We are looking for individuals who have a proven record of success, the desire to succeed and work in a professional environment. Western States Loan Modification provides a high degree of integrity and professionalism to our customers.
Consultants should have the character, ethics, and understanding necessary to communicate a sense of urgency to homeowners who may benefit from loan modifications. The ideal candidates will become part of our team, develop and close leads and earn commissions commensurate with your efforts.
Affiliate Partners Program:
The Second Program is an Affiliate Business Partnership arrangement for Real Estate professionals, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and other professional service providers who would like to make extra income per month. Our company solely performs loan modifications, we do not sale real estate or originate loans, nor are we considered a ‘service settlement company’, therefore, not bound by RESPA. We have professionals earning extra income per month for their referrals. As former Realtors and mortgage brokers ourselves, we understand the value of being able to send clients to other reputable professionals who will treat them with respect and honesty. Our company operates mainly from referrals and we have a high success rate. We only take on clients that meet their bank guidelines and the guidelines established by Home Affordable Modification Program, HAMP. Bill SB 94 was just signed into effect by the California Governor to protect homeowners and recognize legitimate loan modification companies. The media is not reporting the complete truth on loan modifications; we have just received more than 15 approved modifications in the past three weeks. They are real and happening and not just for people who are missing payments, delinquent, or in foreclosure. In many cases they are an alternative for people who cannot refinance, have a high interest rate, adjustable rate mortgage, or are paying too high of a mortgage in relation to their income.
We are not a call center and handle our files in house. We are a group of legal, mortgage and real estate professionals who have shifted our careers into alignment with the current market. We are a licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and follow all state guidelines.
SPANISH SPEAKING A BIG PLUS. Many of our clients are Hispanic who were placed into bad mortgages during the refi boom. These individuals need honest assistance and individuals who can effectively communicate with them. No matter your occupation, or if you have another job this can be an additional opportunity for you.
We do not prey on homeowners who are in foreclosure, nor do we do a lot of advertising. Our main marketing is done with these two programs which provide a more personal and professional interaction with customers.
To succeed in this role you must have:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• The dedication and work ethic to provide great customer service
• The ability to work in a team environment and independently
• The desire to reach out to homeowners who are in need of assistance
• The ability to create an individual marketing and prospecting plan
• Keep current on industry trends and regulations
• Spanish or bilingual abilities are a plus
