FULL TIME REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
This job requires 40-50 hours a week, the flexibility to work on weekends, a reliable car, experience and a RE license.
Job description: Answering phones, ordering NHD's, city inspections and city required inspections, coordinating repairs and utility service, updating website, submitting invoices, creating flyers and advertisements. Applicant must have good written and oral communication skills. Applicants should have experience with BAREIS, Paragon, REInfolink, WinForms, MS Word, Excel and online applications. The compensation is a competitive hourly rate. The office is located in Mill Valley. Please only respond if you have a real estate license and experience.
