We have ongoing opportunities for temporary and temporary to hire employment for Front Desk Coordinators/ Receptionist for our clients in Marin County. This is an excellent growth opportunity for anyone who is looking to keep their skills sharp and add work experience to your resume.

The Front Desk Coordinator/ Receptionist will manage the front office while being the face of the company when clients and customers visit the location. This individual would greet all guests, handle all phone calls, ensures all completion of paperwork and sign-in procedures. They may have to assist with overflow work from administrative staff such as data entry, filing, research, and other projects.

An ideal Front Desk Coordinator/ Receptionist would be someone who has two or more years of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator and or Receptionist. This person needs to be articulate, professional, and have the ability to juggle a variety of projects at one time.
