We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team.
Our Operations Specialist performs a variety of back-office job tasks/servicing related to central/branch operations including general ledger reconciliation, inclearing Check/ACH, IRA branch support, regulatory & compliance monitoring, submission to bank policy & procedures, core system testing and monitoring, Visa Debit/ATM Card servicing, adherence to bank security & safety awareness, year-end reporting, Levy/Subpoenas, account and system maintenance, and callbacks/audits as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• H.S. diploma, or equivalency plus 2 - 4 years banking operations experience
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office related software, including MS Excel and Word, data processing systems and branch computer programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
