Our newspaper company is seeking new members for our advertising and marketing team. We offer a creative work environment with lots of room to grow professionally and economically. Team members work closely with hundreds of locally-owned businesses to achieve their marketing and sales goals. We are a part of the many seasonal festivals, promotions and annual ad campaigns. New team members will work to develop new accounts as well as service well-established accounts and represent all our many publications throughout a defined geographic sales territory. Compensation includes competitive commission structure with full-paid health benefits and flexible work arrangements. Previous success in print advertising and outside sales experience is an absolute requirement for these positions. Knowledge of our local communities and a previous background of local community involvement is essential as well.
