San Rafael law firm seeks experienced litigation secretary or paralegal to supervise its growing Creditor Bankruptcy Department. Applicants should have proven and consistent job history evidencing solid legal secretary litigation and paralegal skills, and the ability to manage other people. The successful applicant will learn the applicable procedures to manage litigation cases in the department and will report to the managing partner in order to maintain quality control and department procedures.

This position offers the ability to assume responsibility and to work independently with a growing group of dedicated professionals in a challenging, fast paced area of law. The firm represents lenders in creditor bankruptcy and real estate litigation matters.
