The Job: HR Workforce Manager (with strong HRIS skills)

·      End to end workforce planning and recruitment. You will do it all, from recommending the recruitment strategy, to ad placement, to screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking, and on-boarding.

·      We have government contracts so you’ll be responsible for AAP and EEO activities and reporting.

·      The recruitment volume will be rather low for the first year, so we’ll also get you involved with teaching various HR-sponsored classes.

·      As we are a highly data-driven company, you will spend a significant amount of time working on HRIS (reporting and automation) projects so you’ll need to be very comfortable writing complex formulas in Excel and Access. You’ll be writing queries, linking tables, and working with functions like VLookup, Subtotal, Countif, If, And, and Or, as well as conditional formatting and pivot tables. We do a lot of development with SharePoint and InfoPath, so competency with those tools would be a plus!

·      Flex your mental muscle with process improvement, development of technology-based tools, and data analysis projects.
