Maximizing Enterprises, Inc., a non-profit agency that provides residential care services for the developmentally disabled is recruiting to hire Certified Facility Administrators and Care Staff for its two facilities located in the Fairfield and Berkeley areas.
Group Home Administrators:
Must be able to clear a criminal record clearance and obtain positive references from past or present employment
Must be a certified Facility Administrator for Group Home Facilities through the Department of Social Services
Must have at least 3 years of experience in managment of group homes for children or adults with developmental disabilities
Be First aid/CPR certified
Possess the educational and experience requirements for qualified administrators as required by Title 22 regulations
Be physically able to handle crisis situations
Care Staff:
Must be able to clear a criminal background check and have positive work references
Must have 1 year experience working with the developmentally disabled
Must be physically able to handle crisis issues
Be CPR/First trained
Be flexible with schedule and hours
Be able to particpate in continued training workshops and classes
