We are looking for a business savvy office manager for our Santa Rosa Dental Office. Eligible candidates must be able to demonstrate having strong background in successful business manegement, leadership, sales growth, heavy face to face customer service and must be bilingual in Spanish and English. This is a full time position. Dental Background is a HUGE PLUS. However, we are willing to traing eligible candidates from other industries.
Compensation during first days/weeks of training is 41K per year. The training will be over once the Company is able to determine that you have taken over the office and it is running in acceptable performance levels. At that point, the compensation increases up to 50K (or less depending on actual demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilites and the office performance... "the numbers will set you free"). Production Bonus + Benefits. Estimated Total Compensation is 80K.
