Must have experience in home health, knowledge of Title 22, & supervisory experience. Need ability to problem solve, multi-task & have good customer service skills.
Responsible for taking all inquiries for care, scheduling the Case Managers for opens & skilled visits, supervising skilled staff as well as unlicensed staff & doing regular chart audits. Must be willing to make home visits when Case Managers need assistance. Must have excellent clinical skills & ability to mentor staff.
Assist management staff with program development & development of staff. Identify potential referral sources & assist with development of relationships & increase our community involvement to increase the agency's business.
