Sales & Tasting Room Associate
Keller Estate Winery is currently seeking to employ one exceptional individual to work part-time in the tasting room and manage local wholesale accounts. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual who can come up with interesting ways to boost sales in both areas.
Successful candidate will:
-- Greet customers at the winery and taste them on Keller Estate wines
-- Organize and execute special wine events
-- Pack orders and restock tasting room
-- Manage tasting room inventory
-- Cultivate relationships with hotel concierges and limo companies
-- Visit local wholesale accounts and taste them on Keller Estate wines
-- Schedule tasting appointments
Qualifications
Successful candidate must be available to work weekends and an occasional evening or special event, be able to lift and carry 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Prior service and sales experience is a must. Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Word & Excel. Winery management software experience is a plus (particularly WIMS). Sales rep experience is a plus.
This is a part-time position for the moment, but the right candidate could progress to a full-time position with benefits.
