A Full-Time culinary position is now available at Good Earth Natural and Organic Foods. We are presently seeking a cook with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a professional kitchen. Creative proficiency in different methods of vegetarian cooking is necessary, as well as good organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include production of high quality vegetarian hot and cold entrees, soups, made-to-order items and deli staples. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) speaking skills are helpful, but not necessary. If you are ready for a change from restaurant kitchens and want to learn about and contribute to healthy cooking and the organic movement, this is a great opportunity.
This is a FULL-TIME position and pay is $13-$15, depending on experience. We are Marin's only independent, full-service, community-based organic grocery store, and our kitchen uses 98% organic ingredients.
