Job Description:
Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking Draftsperson/Digital Graphic Art Administrator.
Position to start on a part time basis 3 days a week.
Location:
San Rafael, California
Qualifications:
• Applicants must have 4+ years of experience with Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Power Point.
• Applicant must be able to create and edit site plans, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
• Basic working understanding of Architecture and Construction.
Preferred Skills:
• 2D & 3D Digital graphic animation experience.
• Digital special effects experience.
• Ability to self manage work load and self motivated.
• Experience creating Power Point presentations for public viewing.
• Good working understanding of Architectural terms and concepts.
• Good working understanding of Construction terms and methods.
• Experience creating timelines and organizing chronology of events.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Earth.
• Wed design experience, with Dreamweaver, HTML, and Flash.
