We are planning to shoot some footage for streaming video which also needs to be coordinated with an independent producer. You do not need film experience, but you need to have experience in streaming video applications as well as flash.
This is approximately 3 to 4 months of work, 40 hours per week. We will pay $45 per hour. Independent contractor status, no benefits or taxes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to work in a fun, friendly, creative and relaxed environment. Not the best for someone looking for a highly structured, buttoned down job.
This CMS differentiates from others in that the Architecture is oriented towards low consumption of resources, especially for reading. Interfaces are fairly dynamic. Taxonomic data organizations are presupposed. And, modules might not always be language bound. The code is not yet the prettiest, but that can be dealt with fairly soon.
So, I don't have any money. I used it up writing the software. But, now that I have seen all these work for free gigs I don't have a problem posting this.
What I want to do is get a club together. I have ways the software can generate revenue now. But, it needs testing and extras here and there. Also, there are ways it is open for module submission. There are even some potential customers around this software, but I might call these warm and fuzzy leads.
