Ghilotti Bros., Inc. (GBI) is a General Engineering Contractor that established in San Rafael in 1914.
GBI is seeking a motivated, team player that is looking to join a successful team.
This position reports to our Accounts Payable Manager.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
1. Match vendor invoices to tags and purchase orders
2. Code invoices
3. Reconcile vendor statements and follow-up on discrepancies
4. Monitor recurring payments and process invoices for payment
5. Enter approved invoices
6. Handle vendor inquiries
7. Enter all accruals
Background in Construction Accounting preferred. Accounting/Finance degree or 5+ years of Finance experience required.
