Posi Hardcore band NEEDS drummer (san jose downtown)

If there's anybody in the san jose or santa cruz area looking to play some serious, fast, powerful and meaningful music, please hit us up. we're looking for a drummer to complete our lineup. we've played shows all over san jose but we've got to record and get out of the 408. can't do that without a solid lineup.
what we need from a drummer:
-Capable of keeping up with fast tempos coupled with pounding breakdowns
-owns drumset
-able to practice at least once a week for at least 2 hours
-preferably 21+ but not required

what we offer:
-can guarantee at least a show a month (at the very least)
-passionate and driven musicians
-the possibility of touring the west coast by next year
-professional attitudes and professional gear (marshall jcm 2000 DSL on top a 1960a cab, Ampeg B2RE on top 1972 8x10 cab)
-Ego-free creativity
-a full song set, dozens of covers

influences:
Shook Ones, Kid Dynamite, Saves The Day, Alkaline Trio, Thrice, Comeback Kid, American Nightmare/Give Up The Ghost, Comeback Kid, Against Me!, Lifetime...

We're not trying to be above anybody here... at all. But we put a lot of time into what we love and are extremely passionate about and we simply expect the same level of passion and drive we have. Really, we love playing with other musicians and we just want to share what we do with more people than just those who hang out around our practice space!

Cheers!

Hi,

I need to hire someone who has an understanding of how to run Melodyne Studio, or Cre8, to help me with mine.

Specifically I'm wanting someone who understands how to get the," Pitch To Midi," function working, or has been able to run the Podolski synthesizer that comes with the two soft wares.

Untimely what I'm trying to do is compose on the Podoski, with my voice, and transfer it to Logic Pro, my mixing software.

If anyone knows how to do any of these things, please hit me back an e-mail, and let's talk time and money.

Best,
Jathan

STUDENT TESTIMONIALS;

"I was introduced to the SLS method and with that Marzuki not only taught me how to use my gift in a better way, he made it incredibly easy for me to get better at singing. My first aid from him came in preparation for American Idol 2010 season (which I made Top 135 out of estimated 10,000 in Los Angeles) which I know wouldn't have been possible with out Marzuki. My success from the auditions is only what I hope to be the beginning of my progression as a vocalist. However I owe a tremendous deal of my progress to Marzuki, for his patience, positive feedback and support. I recommend his teachings to any singer that is serious about singing." Jason Hunter -

"My voice teacher Marzuki Grinage - Speech Level Singing rocks! I didn't think singing could ever be this fun. The quality of my voice is really improving with his patient style. Also, I no longer lose my voice after shows with my band Sentinel. Of course there is always room for improvement, but I feel I'm on the road to singing like the professionals - the likes of Evanescence and Paramore" Tarabud, vocalist with the band Sentinel - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhFk8oHfpwI

"Since working with Marzuki, gone are the days of being out of breath when I sing and feeling like I'm singing through my nose. My confidence has grown tremendously now that I am learning the right way to use my voice. Marzuki has a way of explaining things in simple terms I can understand. Even though it's only been a couple months since my lessons started, I've come further than in the last 10+ years singing on my own." Chayla Smith - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnUXvhyXdWg

"Working with Marzuki has been an amazing experience. His patience and dedication to teaching and improving his students has been an inspiration! After searching, for what seems like forever for a vocal instructor I was fortunate enough to find Marzuki. Now I drive almost an hour each way to visit him and he is worth every minute of the drive! As long as I have a say in it I will always be a student of Marzuki Grinage!! Thank you Marzuki!" Bradley Holloway-

"I have "discovered" my singing voice by learning to sing properly, without straining, by learning how the voice works and how to practice. My voice is a work in progress; I am now singing some of the songs I have always wanted to and look forward to further progress in your studio" Chris Cooper -

"Marzuki is a fantastic teacher. I've felt & heard results from the very first lesson! He's also helped me with my songwriting and understanding of the music business."Angela Tamayo -

Many people wonder what the term Speech Level Singing means. The term "Speech Level Singing" was first used by Seth Riggs, who discovered the technique, first in New York and later in Los Angeles, CA. In Seth's words, Speech Level Singing is "an absolute refusal to reach for notes, (high or low), or to help the pitch in any way".

Speech Level Singing does not mean "sing as you speak" many people speak incorrectly)- rather the term refers to the maintenance of a stable and relaxed laryngeal position during vocal production along with freedom from muscular tension along with adducted (approximated) vocal cords, which is the vocal production found in relaxed speech. SLS technique enables students to develop a healthy, strong voice with great high notes and no breaks or strain by a process of retraining the neuromuscular response in the student through a series of highly unique exercises.

SLS trains and certifies qualified teachers throughout the world. Only teachers that are currently SLS certified are allowed to teach the technique. The Speech Level Singing certification process requires that teachers demonstrate a correct understanding and execution of SLS through continual study including proficiency testing to be approved and certified by Seth Riggs. The Certification process was created to ensure that the purity and integrity of Speech Level Singing is maintained.

SLS is not a static technique, but a process of continual education. The certification process ensures all voice students that their teacher is on track and can therefore lead them into the education they desire. Teachers must re-certify each year in order to deepen their understanding of SLS, to learn the most effective tools and developments to better address student's needs. The Speech Level Singing organization provides a network of the most knowledgeable and gifted instructors for Speech Level Singing, a certification process that insures the quality of the instructors and informs the public of the instructor's expertise.

SLS emphasizes the development of the middle voice or "mix," which is a blend of your lower "chest voice" and upper "head" voice resonances. Having a mix allows you to sing without cracking, straining, or having to resort to a weak falsetto for middle or upper notes. Singing with a good mix is the way your voice is naturally set up to function and is a healthy way to extend range, build strength and improve the quality of your voice.

You shouldn't have to push and strain your voice as you sing higher OR flip over to falsetto (you know that weak airy voice,), which is not a true head voice. If your voice tires easily or gets hoarse you are singing in an abusive way. Singing too hard or singing too airy can both cause damage to your voice.

Many singers strain or have to sing in falsetto any higher than E flat, E, F, F# or G above middle C (for most males,) or a G#, A, A#, B or C above middle C (most females.) This is a specific problem that is very common among singers. When you're singing correctly the listener will hear one voice from the bottom to the top of your range. If you HAVE to sing louder as you move up through your range than you are forcing your voice. It can be important to sing loud but this should be for dynamics rather than a necessity for hitting higher notes!

Contact me to schedule a no commitment trial lesson. (At regular rate.) I guarantee that you will experience positive changes in the first lesson! You will learn safe and effective exercises that when practiced for as little as 15min per day will immediately begin improving the health and balance of your voice. Application of technique to songs is also offered (any style.) It is not uncommon for the first Speech Level Singing lesson to resolve difficulties that have been troubling a student for many years.
My students include Professional Singers, Actors, Teachers and Beginners.

Bass lessons with a patient and experienced professional. All ages, all levels accepted. If you're starting out I'll provide a solid foundation and if you're already playing bass I can help you move up to a higher level of musicianship. Beginners welcome and encouraged. I'll tailor the lessons to your individual interests. Build solo chops, develop a solid rhythmic feel, learn how to use music theory to help you compose strong bass lines and improvise, learn about ear training, note and chart reading, practical tips on live playing situations and in-depth study of most all musical styles. Comprehensive and fun lessons in a supportive setting. I've been playing and teaching for more than 25 years. As well as teaching from my home music studio I've taught at the Community Music Center in San Francisco, the Stanford Jazz Workshop and Bronstein Music in South San Francisco. I currently play 2 or 3 gigs a week in San Francisco so if you'd like to drop by and introduce yourself let me and I'll email you my schedule. Drop me an email and tell me a little about your musical background and your goals and I'll get back to you with detailed information.

Got my own gear, my own ride, don't do drugs and have show experience. That should cover all the bases.

What I'm looking for:
Ideally, I'd come into a band that's already put together and looking for a new/replacement bassist, but if there's a drummer out there that needs bass, we can always find a guitar. I have a reg 9-5 job, so I'm not looking for a touring situation -- a couple weekend trips a year are cool, but I'd like to stay local. I don't want a 'jam' band or any organized grab-astic 'show up and play' situations -- I show up ready and can't stand flakers.

My Influences:
Goldfinger, Social D, Rancid, Distillers, Circle Jerks, etc. I've played everything from Hendrix to Bad Religion, so if you like the influences and can bring some of your own, I think it'll work.

Yo. I'm looking for a guitarist that just never stops soloing - alright....sometimes for rare moods. I like hypnotic rock rythms that pound and pound - it's just my thing...my meditation. I dig pink floyd and meat puppets and offspring, tool's sober....I can just dig deep and be rock solid with plenty of original jams and conviction! I figure, you can at least get some practice in, if you're not totally down, right? I have my own house with a drum set too. I've played in bands before and it's always been best - though scary to the trendy - when I carry an original rythm melody to a guitarist that goes off!

What happened to these guys if it was so great? Musicians and their insecurities is all I can say - plus I was the lowly bassist. We were offered money to play but aw shucks, etc. I've been out of the loop for years raising a family but now, I'm free to be me due to a trendy divorce!

I work normal hours m-f so hit me up if you want to give it a shot. I have some tunes up on myspace.com/lewho69 if you want to see what I tried to do all by myself...but my strength is rythm. I won't get bored even with your experimental stuff. I'll just be practicing myself if It's not righteous...

The world needs some good rockin, eh?

Stephen Varney and Naomi Sanchez have been performing as Pas de Duo since 2005 when they captured First Prize at the National Federation of Music Clubs Ellis Duo-Piano Competition. They are also the recipients of the Abild American Music Award, the Charles & Francis Christmann Award, and First Prize at the Bradshaw & Buono International Piano Competition. In 2006 they made their Carnegie Hall recital debut. The New York Concert Review Magazine proclaimed the concert was like a profusion of Roman Candleson a New Years Eve celebration: the audience simply loved it. Pas de Duo is a favorite in concert series programs, and has appeared in numerous venues across the United States. They have been guest artists at the Chautauqua Institution, the New York Philomusica, and the San Francisco International Music Festival. Pas de Duo can be heard on the New York Philomusica label in a live performance of Bartoks Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion.

Mr. Varney and Ms. Sanchez have extensive backgrounds as music teachers, and are the founders and directors of the Berkeley Academy of Music. They share a passion for working with young musicians, and have conducted master classes at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Converse College, Holy Names University, Ouachita Baptist University, the South Carolina Governors School, the Colorado Federation of Music Clubs, and the Suzuki Music Association of California.

The Berkeley Academy of Music now also offers guitar lessons by guitarist Luke Aaron Mayer. He studied classical guitar at the University Mozarteum in Sazburg, Austria, with teachers such as: Eliot Fisk, Izabel Siewers, Marco Tamayo and many more. Hi, my name is Nathan and I am taking new students. I enjoy working with all ages of students, my youngest student has been eight and the oldest fifty-four. I enjoy teaching all styles of music. I grew up on classic rock, did jazz in college and have gotten really into blues, funk, bluegrass and world music. I strongly believe that there is no one-way to learn music and that the best approach is to work with individual students strengths. I really enjoy working with beginners. I think its really fun to watch someone make music for the first time. If you want to get an idea of what I can sound like, and look like, I am in a band called As A People and you can check us out at www.asapeople.com. You can also see me on youtube in a video called Nate Link--Pickin' An' Grinnin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQyNfaRTT2w. Pleas e-mail me at pejzalink@hotmail.com. It may take a day or two for me to respond but I will respond ASAP.

Hey singers and musicians,
The Holidays are right around the corner and I'm ready for it, are you?! I am looking into getting an a capella/acoustic group together who would be willing to perform out in public be it spontaneously or planned. This would be an activity just for fun and charity. NO SUPERSTARS or BANK trying to be made here, just pure joy and fun to spread through out the community, SO PLEASE KEEP THE EGOS AT HOME. I am a young adult who knows how to sing in tune and plays a little guitar. I am NOT A PRO but feel confident in MAKING MUSIC ON THE SPOT. I am looking for others who are OPEN MINDED, WILLING TO BE OUT THERE AND PRACTICE, know how to sing and read music (if you can), hopefully knows how to hold harmonies, and/or also plays acoustic instruments, be it guitar, bongos, etc. Music wise, I would love to make acoustic/a capella versions of songs that don't have one. On the other hand the holidays are around the corner, so ideally I'd love to practice Christmas music. I am a natural baritone with a wide range, flipping to falsetto with ease. This is not about highlighting one singer, IT'S ABOUT SINGING AS A GROUP WITH BALANCE. ONCE AGAIN, NO EGOS PLEASE. THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR TRYING TO GET EXPOSURE OR PROVE YOUR SKILLS, IT'S FOR THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT! If interested send me an e-mail. or if you know someone who might be interested, please spread the word. Let's spread Christmas Joy!

you better watch out, you better not cry....

I want to play the music I love BUT I want the girls to shake there arss off!!!

I'm a bassist/guitarist that would play bass and possibly moonlight on guitar looking to
start a band with like minded people for a Dark-Dance-Post Punk-New Wave-Pop.
I have heavy influences from the 80's era and love the gloomy stuff but want to keep it
up beat, artsy and grooven. My influences include: bauhaus, love and
rockets, siouxsie and the banshees, killing joke, adam and the ants, the cure to
"pornography",gang of four,fad gadget,visage,joy division,the dance society,duran
duran, the southern death cult >death cult>>the cult "early on ac/dc",human
league, simply minds, depesh mode... You get the idea and I'm sure I left out many
great bands. Half of it is guitar/bass/drums driven and the other is Synth so the
finished product is a mix of our influences and personal character but always
keeping the goal of shaking the hips in mind whether it is fast or slow. Hey, if the
girls are shaken it the guys will follow so it's ok not to be a typical testosterone driven band.

I have experience playing in some great locale bands with professional studio recordings as well as a deep history from the period.

BASS = My Bass style is a cross between Steve Severin "Siouxsie", David J "Bauhaus"
and Paul Raven "Killing Joke" with a dash of new romantic funk John Taylor Duran Duran.

DRUMS = Would love an aggressive drummer who loves Budgie Siouxsie" style tribal / rock / dance beats from the period.
"Please" No Disco hi hat stuff thats been over played lately by every 80's influenced band.

GUITAR = Kind of open but I love early Duffy "Death Cult/The Cult NO AC/DC",
John Mckay/John McGeoch "Siouxsie", Marko Peronni "Adam and the Ants", Robert Smith.......
What every! it can be figured out.

SYNTH is obvious

VOCALS = up for grabs

Fun, Affordable Electric and Upright Bass Lessons (rohnert pk / cotati)

I offer electric and upright bass lessons for all levels: beginning, intermediate, or advanced. I have experience playing jazz, funk, rock, soul, classical/orchestral, latin (learn that tumbao!), 'gypsy' jazz, metal, country, blues, and more. I offer a unique perspective on music and bass playing from the players I've studied and listened to.

I treat music wholistically, as a part of who you are and what you're doing. Your music is connected with the rest of your being, and I recognize and address that in our lessons.

I understand the traditional role of the bass in many styles, and also understand that the bass has many other possibilities that we can explore. We can groove like drummers, comp like piano players, and solo like guitar and horn players!

I studied music and music theory at Santa Rosa JC for 2 years, completing their theory program at the top of my class. I read music fluently and can teach you the basics, or how to bring your reading to the next level.

I love to explore the bass technically, and have an understanding of how efficiency translates to good technique. On electric bass, I specialize in slap and fingerstyle technique, and can also teach tapping, harmonics, strumming, and playing behind your head. (Warning: Advanced Shredders Only!!!)

On upright bass, I have experience with both pizzicato/plucking and arco/bowing (I play German style bow). I can teach good left and right hand technique, good playing posture, and how to play upright bass in different styles, especially jazz, rock, and classical. We can play with fun techniques on the upright as well, like harmonics, different bowing techniques (ponticello, spiccato, ricochet, tremelo), slapping, and strumming.

Most importantly, I believe that music is fun! Fun to learn, fun to practice, fun to play. Our lessons will be fun! I love to listen to my students about what they REALLY want to study and facilitate that. If this all sounds good, come try a lesson! I'm affordable and friendly.

I am a long time musician, played in all kinds of bands, mostly drums and some bass. Lately i have been more into looping, layering rhythmic stuff and creating ambient soundscapes with DJ gear. The music i am influenced by these days fuses jazz or hip hop with electro styles. If you have heard Kevin Yost's "the jazz influence" or cinematic orchestra, bonobo, nils petter molvear, erik truffaz, est, up bustle and out, some St. Germain... you'll get where i'm coming from.

Ideally would like to work with a trio (keys/horn, bass, drums) that isn't afraid to push boundaries and do their own thing - standards get sooo... standard sometimes, but they don't have to.
Sound interesting? get back to me with some info on your band.
I am a baritone guitarist/ guitarist / analog synth player and composer looking to merge an evocative soundtrack underscore style with rock, electronic elements and give it subtlety, grace and power.

Ideally you would be someone in their late twenties/ early thirties who knows a little about music theory and is looking to create music similar to the above mentioned artists. In the group you would creatively fill out the performance with sound design, video projection, analog and organic instruments, and lots of dynamics and lots of space when the music calls for it.

All instruments that can go from quiet to loud and have a range of sounds to them are welcome. Ideally there would be at least a drummer, bassist, keyboards and it would grow from there.
Thanks for your interest.

GUITAR FRETBOARD GEOGRAPHY: Scales, Solos, Theory & Modes MADE EASY! (berkeley)

The guitar is a very visual instrument, and the majority of self taught players (most of us, including myself when I was younger) see the guitar in terms of the chord shapes, riffs, and patterns that we've picked up along the way...

This Fretboard "Geography" system is, in laypersons' terms, the most guitar-oriented, visual, efficient, comprehensive way to learn how to fully understand the fretboard of your guitar (or bass), as well as play lead guitar/solo, and see all the options for what to play over a set of chord changes. (Including "all that theory stuff!") Any level of player can work on this, but it's perfect for beginner/intermediate to advanced players, who are looking to "fill in the gaps" in their knowledge of the instrument. (Or if you're a very analytical beginner guitarist, you can start from square one with this.)

About Fretboard Geography:
"Fretboard Geography," without cutting any corners, puts the whole diatonic/modal soloing concept into guitarist terms. (fingerings, shapes, riffs). I learned this from Jack Pezenalli, a long-time professor in the guitar department at Berklee School of Music in Boston. It breaks the fretboard into 7 "scale forms." (fingering patterns) Once you learn those 7 basic forms, I'll show you a bit of trickery by which your fretboard becomes your "answer key," and you can nearly instantly start soloing against changes using every modal color (and rock/blues/pentatonic licks) in every position on the neck, in any key, in any context.

Just to give you an idea of how this is a time saver: You don't have to learn all 12 keys or all 7 modes as separate concepts... 12 major keys X 7 modes = a lot of dry memorization, that's entirely comprised of completely redundant work. (on our instrument)

You just need to learn the 7 "scale forms" and understand a few other basic concepts, and it's all application/fun from there on...
- Playing against chord progressions: Rock, Jazz, Country, Blues, Latin, Funk, Jamband... you name it...
- Arpeggios and dexterity exercises (learning to "shred") within your genre(s) of choice.
- Starting to dig deeper into the theory behind chords, intervals, harmony, voice leading, ear training, etc. (only if you're interested in "going there.")
- Going over your favorite songs/solos etc, (or your songs?) and analyzing what your favorite bands/players were doing and how to work that into your sound
- Hide quoted text -

Point is, you get the dry memorization over with between lesson one and two, then it gets really cool, really fast. (as long as you practice, of course)

Nearly all guitar theory/method books (and many teachers) start by explaining diatonic/modal playing and lead guitar in general it in "piano"/theoretical terms. They put the primary focus on what mode has a lowered third etc, and only then bringing it back to fretboard of the guitar. This method of teaching makes sense for a pianist, wind instrument player, or in a theory class with multiple instruments, but it makes very little sense for a modern guitar player looking to expand his or her skill set.

**If you're reading this and know nothing about theory, this "modal" and "diatonic" stuff is essentially just a lot more options you can learn for a solo or lead line. Useful Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musical_mode
**Understanding the instrument and understanding every nuance and detail of music theory are two different things. This system will, within a few lessons (if you put in the practice), get you to the point where you'll see every option for a melodic phrase or solo (blues based and all modes) in every position on the neck in every context. It's not the whole ball of wax, but it's 98% of what you need to be a modern guitar player in any style.** (unless your goal is to be a sight reading session player).
-Yes, this is like the Caged system but much more comprehensive and efficient.

What about the Blues?
In the greater context of guitar playing, ignoring the pentatonic/rock/blues based side of modern soloing/lead would be a mistake, since you can get a lot of mileage out of those licks too. We'll go there as well, unless you already feel comfortable with your current "bag of tricks." If nothing else, we'll see where the two intersect on the fretboard, learning how to play hybrid diatonic/pentatonic licks, etc. This modal business is just the other side of the coin. This diatonic system (based on the 7-tone major scale, not a blues/rock/5-note scales) is the heart of all Western melodic playing on any instrument. These modal colors sound very cool... everything from bright and upbeat to dark and dissonant.

Me:
I'm a a full time teacher (Mon-Sat, afternoons and evenings) and touring player with a BA in music. In addition to my guitar studies with Jack Pez., I also studied (and played) for 3 years in college with "jazz" legend, Yusef Lateef. I teach @ my NW Downtown Berkeley studio. It's 3 blocks from North Berkeley BART, and parking is never a problem here. (Honestly, it's a parking oasis!) All styles & levels welcome. Ages 12+. Student and senior discounts available plus additional discounts for prepayment of multiple lessons. House calls negotiable.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Think of playing a song like "Come on Eileen" and making it tex-mex/ranchera style!Or taking an oldie like "Angel Baby" and making it ska/reggae!We want to take songs and revamp them, make them fun and different. It's music that we were raised with and everyone loves in the bay area and beyond! We're planning to start of doing covers and maybe branch out to doing originals!I know many club/venue owners and people in downtown san jose that we can book gigs with,so that would never be a problem.
INFLUENCES:reverend horton heat,stray cats,carl perkins,hank williams,horrorpops,devil doll,manic hispanic,save ferris,no doubt,sublime,flaco jimenez,little joe,freddy fender,tierra,el chicano,ritchie valens
We are looking for people in our age range 21-31
Must love oldies, ska, reggae ,rockabilly, and tex mex!

Offering friendly and professional drum lessons in the Santa Cruz area. I have been drumming for 15 years, and have experience gigging and recording mainly in the fields of rock/pop/country.
I can offer lessons at my home, or at your location (depending on travel time). I have two kits set up face to face in my studio which leads to an extremely productive and interactive teaching environment.
I have a daughter of my own who loves to play, so I am very experienced teaching beginner and advanced students alike.
I love to teach based off of the students interests and needs, and tailor lessons to each student individually.

*Learn proper technique.
*Learn to play exactly what you hear
*Learn to read and write drum charts.
*Learn Dynamics. Learn to take a beat, and turn it into a groove!
*Gear! I was a drum shop manager for 6 years and will help teach you to tune, set up, and choose the gear that is right for you.

My studio is set up in my house in the Live Oak area. I am 28, very professional, drug free, and love to teach!

Hi all,

My name is Rob and I am possibly moving into the area within the year and I am looking for musicians in the area that are open to collaborating on some musical ideas. I'm a musician/composer from Utah (I play guitar, trumpet, bass, limited keyboard and drums, and I sing) and I'm in several bands here, but I need a change of scenery so-to-speak. I have a huge range of influences not limited to Grizzly Bear, Radiohead, the Flaming Lips (most specifically Embryonic), Miles Davis, Juno, Q and not U, Burning Airlines, Sufjan Stevens, The Dismemberment Plan, Andrew Bird, Broken Social Scene, Mason Jennings, "Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, etc... there are way too many to list.

I'm sure this is like every other ad out there, and it's a little up in the air right now (though this could influence my decision to come into the area) but I'm a serious music nerd and looking to find a few other nerds out there with a little initiative to make some music and most of all have fun with it.

If you're looking for someone to jam with, if you know someone who's open, or if you have any info on the ins and outs of the local music scene or just what's happening, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks

We are a newly formed band in Santa Rosa and we are currently in need of a bassist. We have been playing together for about 3 months now and we have a few songs together but we are really eager to start playing shows and we would like to get someone in with some experience but not a primadonna. Skill is not so much a concern as is all of us meshing together well. We have our own practice studio in Santa Rosa we play Mon Tues & fri but I would like to practice 5 days a week if the music gets to be awesome! We have a website with some of the stuff we have already. Its www.resonanceofblue.com. Some influences we like to cite are Rage ATM, Killswitch eng, Bullet for my Valentine, Pantera, and hell maybe even a little limp bizkit now and then but with some real melodic qualities. If your interested and would like to come out to the studio for a couple of practices email me so we can get some sessions going. We like to have fun at our practices smoke and drink is a plus but Nothing ELSE !!!
The photo's are of a 1964 AEB-1 Ampeg scroll bass I worked on. I replaced the output jack and tone capacitor. The head stock is scrolled like an upright bass. The F holes go straight through the body and it has a diaphram type pick up.
