•	Licensed Pharmacy Technician with California State Board of Pharmacy<br>
•	PTCB certified<br>
•	3+ years of IV experience required<br>
•	Working knowledge of aseptic techniques and USP 797<br>
•	Able to prepare sterile IV products and chemotherapeutic agents<br>
•	Able to read and transcribe pharmaceutical information <br>
•	Working knowledge of current drug forms, dosage strengths, and know generic and trade name equivalents<br>
•	Understand drug sterility, stability, and how drugs are stored. <br>
•	Ability to read, write and speak in English.<br>
•	Able to work and communicate well with co-workers and be an active member of the team effort.<br>

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>

•Provide basic as well as specialized care of kenneled dogs, including kennel enrichment, performing physicals on newly arrived dogs, feeding, walking, exercising, transporting, weighing, grooming, bathing and preparing and dispensing dog food, including special diets. Keep precise feeding records.  <br>

•Administer basic treatments and medications to kenneled dogs; report health or behavioral changes. Provide post-operative and/or physical therapy as prescribed for Vet Clinic dogs when needed under established programs.<br>

•Maintain good verbal and written communications with co-workers, teammates, instructors, and supervisor. Maintain written records on dog care and other duties performed each week. Participate in meetings, educational sessions, and other group forums. <br>

•Maintain precise kennel records of dogs moving into or out of kennel, following GDB procedures to assure complete and accurate information reaches the appropriate personnel. <br>

•This person(s) also provides assistance, in the class setting, to our visually impaired and blind students assisting them with dog chores as needed.<br>

POSITION ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:<br>
•Prior experience caring for dogs in a kennel or vet environment, or other animal care or training positions in a professional capacity is preferred.<br>
•Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.<br>
•Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant manner dealing with other staff and the public.<br>
•Must safely handle a variety of large breed dogs, weighing up to 90 pounds, with varying strength and manageability.  Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds.  Employees are required to seek assistance when lifting dogs or objects weighing more than 40 pounds.<br>

JOB DESCRIPTION:<br>
<br>
Essential Functions<br>
<br>
•	Develops, conducts, and evaluates respiratory protection and respirator fit-testing “training-of-trainer” trainings to increase capacity for the use of respiratory protection statewide among hospitals, long-term, and primary care facilities.  <br>
•	Works closely with Cal/OSHA, the CDPH/DCDC Emergency Preparedness Branch, local health departments and Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) entities, and provider associations to coordinate, plan, and recruit for trainings.  <br>
•	Develops training materials, templates for programs, and other resources for trainees.  <br>
•	Facilitates acquisition of necessary equipment and supplies.  <br>
•	Holds/attends planning meetings and travels as needed statewide to conduct trainings..<br>
•	Provides oral and written technical consultation for prevention of aerosol transmissible diseases including H1N1 and seasonal influenza, establishment of Cal/OSHA-compliant respiratory protection programs and injury and illness prevention programs, emergency planning and pandemic preparedness, and other occupational health/industrial hygiene issues.  <br>

•	Assists in the preparation of CDPH guidance on occupational health and infection control issues related to H1N1, in collaboration with other CDPH staff.  Responds to questions from local health departments, other state agencies, employers, employees, and the public.   <br>

•	Maintains expertise in industrial hygiene and familiarity with emerging scientific literature, specifically in the areas of aerosol transmissible diseases prevention, respiratory protection, H1N1, and influenza; keeps up-to-date on applicable public health guidance from NIOSH/CDC, Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, CDPH, and other sources; and maintains thorough knowledge of applicable Cal/OSHA standards and policies.<br>
•	Performs other duties as required.<br>

Experience and Educational Requirements<br>

•	Masters degree in industrial hygiene, environmental health science, or other relevant field is required.<br>
•	One year of relevant work experience is required.<br>

We are primarily a transitional program for the resident as they pursue Independent Living.  <br>

Each resident is assigned a comprehensive treatment team consisting of a Psychiatrist, Internist, Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and a Certified Nursing Assistant. Residents participate in groups and activities throughout the day designed to teach basic life skills, social skills, and symptom management.<br>

Position Overview:<br>
The Rehabilitation Therapist is responsible for facilitating various groups and activities during the evenings and on weekends.  The Therapist works collaboratively within the team and within the milieu to keep residents engaged in activities. This is a 40-hour a week position. After passing probation period candidate would be eligible for benefits (paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, vision, retirement plan).<br>

Business Systems is an integral part of the Patient Financial Services Department which includes insurance verification, financial advisors, cashiering, billing and collection of all local health ministry services, and a customer service call center to assist patients with billing questions.

We are currently seeking a full-time Business Systems Analyst to support the needs of CBS located in beautiful Redwood Shores Peninsula. The Business Systems Analyst provides advanced-level analysis and day to day support for all Business Services applications in a complex healthcare industry. These systems include, but not limited to systems that support: patient accounting; billing; collections and finance.  The Business Systems Analyst will have a working knowledge of data base queries, electronic payment and remittance advice processing.

The Business Systems Analyst will be expected to apply analysis of business systems and automatic data processing solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes for both current and future business needs. Assists in the daily activities and operations of all business systems utilized in Patient Financial Services (PFS).  Assists the Information Technology department in all system changes, including implementations and upgrades.  The Business Systems area of PFS is responsible for day to day systems maintenance including parameter and table maintenance, regulatory change implementation, issue identification, and user support of various software applications on a variety of platforms.  Works with Business Systems team that support key systems within PFS to ensure all systems are functional and available to users.  The PFS services supported include pre billing, billing, follow up, customer service, cash and adjustment posting, managed care tracking and reporting, and denial logging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

&gt;         High school graduate or equivalent required.  A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred.

&gt;         Minimum 2 years Patient Accounting or in a Patient Financial Services environment within the last 5 years. 
<br>

<br>
&gt;         Minimum 3 years IT related work experience, preferably in a HOSPITAL OR HEALTHCARE SETTING.
<br>

&gt;         Expertise in a variety of software applications, but especially with Meditech experience, NPR report writing and BAR module A MUST.  
<br>

&gt;        Proficient with Microsoft SQL, VBA, Excel (with formulas, pivot tables, ODBC, etc), MS Word, MS Access, relational database technology. 
<br>

&gt;         Able to learn new software applications and/or programs as needed.

&gt;         Experience in system analyst activities including structured design, testing and documentation.

Because business operations – billing, collections, human resources, etc. -- are centralized, the main task of the Local Office Manager is to direct the clinical and clerical operations in the local office.  This means directing the reception staff and medical assistants, cooperating with the clinicians, instituting progressive measures for excellent patient care, and other operations typical of a medical office.  The Local Office Manager receives support from the central administrative staff, and cooperates with the Local Office Managers of the other 8 offices.

The most appropriate candidates for this job will have had several years of experience in medical offices, in both front and back office functions, and will have knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.  Computer skills and experience with MS Office is a must.  An energetic and positive personality and a strong work ethic are also important.  Ability with people, both staff and patients, is vital for this job.  Ability to organize, assign and supervise staff, and ability to write weekly reports of activities and goals, are required.

Position Summary:<br>
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for arranging and monitoring placement of homecare aides into the homes of our elderly clients along with maintaining the staffing schedule. It is important to be an organized, self-starter who has the ability to juggle many tasks while also being able to differentiate between tasks that need immediate attention and future tasks. <br>
<br>
Qualifications:<br>
Experience, at least 1-2 years in staffing is a must, preferably in the healthcare field. An AA is required, BA is preferred. <br>
<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
•	Promptly handle telephone inquiries for caregiver positions and schedules as well as <br>
       direct calls to the appropriate people. Answer Phones in an upbeat & pleasant manner.<br>
•	Schedule caregivers for Client assignments according to employee availability and Client needs.<br>
•	Promptly follow-up when there is a change in caregiver schedules.<br>
•	Handle Client staffing issues <br>
•	Possess some knowledge of HR to assist in caregiver orientations / hiring process following up on Tracking/ Fingerprinting/ TB and CNA license.<br>
•	Communicate and confirm schedules, including any changes, with staff and caregivers.<br>
•	Possess excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with professionals and clients.<br>
•	Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize.<br>
•	Make appropriate decisions in difficult situations. <br>
•	Extreme attention to detail with great time management skills.<br>
•	Be a Team Player and communicate client issues.<br>
•	Possess excellent managerial skills / helping in cohesiveness of Staffing department.<br>
•	Ability to hold caregivers accountable, follow-up on promises made, and reach out for status checks.<br>
•	Be in frequent communication with caregivers, heavy phone & email usage.<br>
•	Have strong computer skills and be knowledgeable with Excel & Word.<br>
