As a contract technical writer for BigFix, Inc., you will work with our world-class engineering team to document our next generation reporting and analytics engine. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex technical information into easy-to-understand content by interviewing and working with various product stakeholders. In addition to those interview, a willingness and ability to install and use the software will also be required.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of client/server computing environments
Experience documenting Flex and web-based user interfaces and products
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work under and meet deadlines
Experience developing technical publication plans, outlines, drafts, review copies, and final versions of all materials supporting products
