Cision is currently seeking a Report Services Specialist for our Emeryville Office. The Report Services team coordinates content delivery to a variety of medium and is responsible for communicating with both Operations and Sales divisions in the management of delivery set-up, technological troubleshooting, and quality control.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
Manage and summarize projects; create and manage project database
Assess current data and follow up on product issues
Summarize and involve necessary teams for resolutions of various technological and product issues
Track and coordinate multiple incoming requests
Conduct research as needed
Fact check
Coordinate schedule of deliverables with other members of team
Experience:
Detail oriented and deadline sensitive.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to learn quickly and be scrupulous about the quality of your work.
Ability to research answers thoroughly and present information in an easy-to-follow manner.
Computer proficiency: experience with and including medium-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and research database tools
Ability to maintain calm and professional attitude under pressure or shifting priorities
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to multitask is a MUST
Bachelor's degree preferred
