Headquartered in Pleasanton, California, Trancos is an online marketing company specializing in lead generation. Utilizing our own web properties, we help advertisers (CPG, market research, pharma and online publications) reach their target audience online. Our sites reach women online -- typically 25 -- 54.
Trancos is looking for a Web Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. The best candidate for this role will have a strong grasp on design elements that appeal to our audience -- women, 25 -- 54. Interested candidates should provide specific examples regarding their work on design elements relating to women and moms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design new modern web sites that appeal to women, mostly moms
- Modify, create and implement advertising campaign creatives using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Creating/designing online marketing materials, including banner ads and email designs
- Creating new designs based on existing brands and expanding on those brands
- Designing simple web forms and user interfaces
- Successfully work in a multi-tasked environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graphical design for web sites
- Wireframe and Photoshop web sites
- Image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- HTML/CSS skills
- Ability to find relevant images (stock photos) and assist in creating initial messaging/content for advertising creative related to women and moms
- Ability to work within a team and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Highly articulate with clear speaking and writing skills
PLUSES:
- Strong experience with HTML/CSS best practices
- Knowledge and experience with online advertising messages/content
