Oakland construction firm specializing in residential and commercial TI/new construction/renovation looking for foreman/framer/carpenter (knowledge in electrical work a plus) and possibly an electrician. Minimum 10 yrs experience preferred. These are not office positions. People looking for Superintendent and/or Project Manager positions need not apply at this time. Both positions are currently project-based, but it may possibly lead to long-term employment depending on skills and project pipeline. Compensation to be based on experience.
